Wolverine Fans,

Another Wolverine football season is upon us.  The Wolverine players have been working extremely hard this off season to try and improve in all areas.

The coaching staff and I are excited about the upcoming 2010 season.  We graduated our second class of seniors last year and we will need to replace some very good players from that class.  We look forward to seeing which players from the 2009 Wolverines will step in and become the next outstanding Wolverine players.  We also have some excellent returning players who have been here since we opened up three years ago.

We will employ the multiple Wing T on offense.  Our offense was the third highest scoring in AAA last year.  On Defense we run a multiple 40 defense that will ask our players to pursue and get after our opponents with a high level of intensity.  Our special teams are also going to be very multiple and exciting.  Get ready to be entertained by our returners and kickers.

Please remember these young men are working to do their very best.  We ask them to try and be successful in all that they are trying to do.  We ask our players to be humble in victory and respectful in defeat.  We ask the players to keep things in perspective.  The Wolverine players in the past have put God and Family first, school second and football third.  Please help us as a coaching staff to encourage our players each and every week to give their best.  We feel each player is important to our success regardless if they are first, second or third string.
